Orders of in-stock items placed telephonically or Online by 11:00AM PST ship the same day excluding weekends and holidays.
Minimum USA order amount is $100.00. Minimum International order amount is $200.00.
International orders require payment via Western Union or wire transfer and payment must be in US dollars.
Orders may be placed by telephone, facsimile, E-mail, S-mail, or with our Online Order Form. If placing your order by facsimile or S-mail, please print the Mail/Fax Order Form for completion and faxing or mailing. Mail or fax your order to the address/fax number shown below.

Credit card orders are shipped only to the person whose name is shown on the credit card, only to the credit card billing address of record, and only to a street address.
Western Union and wire transfer orders can be shipped to any person and to any street address.
We do not ship to post office boxes nor do we ship COD.
All orders are shipped 'Signature Required' and a signature card on file is not acceptable.
